- Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with Fresh Mood Treks, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
- Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book a tour, please contact us directly through our email freshmoodltd@gmail.com
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 1 day prior to the tour start date.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit card, bank transfer, and cash
- Tour Itinerary and Modifications
- Itinerary: The itinerary provided is a guideline and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
- Modifications: While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests for modifications to the itinerary, changes may incur additional costs.
- Cancellation Policy
Fresh mood Treks company Limited reserves right to cancel the contract between the Company and Our clients for various reasons.
For any cancellation due to International disaster either by the company or client such as eruption of diseases, the company will be able to refund the full amount with exception of Bank deductions and Booking fee of the Hotel to their clients.
Note: Booking fee of the Hotel and Bank deductions varies from one hotel or bank to another depending on the amount paid to that Hotel or rate of the bank for payment of international transactions.
Cancellation Fees:
- 35% of the total tour cost if cancelled 5 days or more before the tour start date.
- 30% of the total tour cost if cancelled 6 to 10 days before the tour start date.
- 50% of the total tour cost if cancelled less than 2 days before the tour start date or in case of a no-show.
Note: The percentage which will be paid to hold accommodation is non-refundable. And it must be elaborated by precise accommodation facility using RAC RATES, INVOICE and the PROOF OF PAYMENT from the booking holder
- Travel Insurance
- Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability
- Liability: Fresh Mood Treks shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by acts of God, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.
Note: A client has to accept information and advice from Fresh mood company on special equipment depending on the Climate or any other factor.
- Health and Safety
- Health Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to undertake the tour.
- Local Laws and Customs: You must adhere to all local laws and customs during the tour.
- Complaints and Disputes
- Complaints: Any complaints should be brought to the attention of your tour guide or Fresh Mood Treks representative immediately.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Tanzania.

Additional Considerations:
- Visa Requirements: Inform clients about visa requirements for Tanzania and assist them with the application process if needed.
- Accommodation: Clearly outline the accommodation options and standards.
- Meals: Specify the meal plan included in the tour package.
- Transportation: Detail the mode of transportation used during the tour.
- Guides and Drivers: Provide information about the qualifications and experience of your guides and drivers.
